Our northeast Calgary office is about fifteen minutes from Chestermere along Highway 1, which makes us the closest full-service agency for most of the lake communities. 03 · Local detail
About 20 minutes. West on Highway 1, north on Stoney Trail, into the airport from the east side. This avoids Deerfoot entirely, which is why Chestermere departures are among the most predictable we deal with.
International flights — Delhi, Amritsar, Lahore, Islamabad, Dubai, London — leave from the International Terminal. Approaching from Stoney Trail, stay in the international lanes rather than following the first Departures sign you see.
If you are flying with elderly parents, use the drop-off lane at International Departures and request wheelchair assistance at booking, not on the day. We add the request to the reservation so it is attached to the ticket.
For a 6am international departure, leaving Chestermere around 3:15am is comfortable. The Stoney Trail run is fast at that hour and there is no realistic traffic risk on this route.

About 20 minutes via Highway 1 and Stoney Trail, approaching the airport from the east. That is a shorter and more predictable drive than from most of southwest Calgary, because it avoids Deerfoot Trail completely.
Yes — it is our single highest-volume service for Chestermere families. Cover must come from a Canadian insurer, be at least $100,000, and remain valid for one year from the date of entry. We issue the Certificate of Insurance the same day so it can be sent ahead for the border.
